Harry is most notably the Project Manager for large portfolio projects in and around the Los Angeles area. Although he grew up in Inglewood, the number of cities within which he’s called home has been vast. He attended "The Kent” Boarding School in Connecticut, earned his degree from Florida International University where he studied Art & Design, was the creative director for multiple startup companies across the US, made stops around the globe in professional sports, and eventually found his calling in Real Estate when he built a flourishing career in Phoenix, Arizona.  For the past few years he has been the lead at his family construction firm of 80 years here in Southern California and is continuing the Lum tradition as 3rd generation General Contractor of H. Lum Construction.  Harry's Primary Real Estate focus is in the rapidly growing markets of View Park, Baldwin Hills, Ladera Heights and Westchester. Harry always has the right crew available to perform any task and at any time : holidays, weekends, after-hours, and overtime … whenever duty calls, Harry answers.
